Ages 6–12 · 40-minute classes
Our core kids program. Real technique, real belt requirements, and a curriculum that rewards effort. Students set goals, earn stripes, and learn that hard things get easier when you keep showing up.

Ages 13+ · 45-minute classes
Teens and adults train together on the same floor: conditioning, advanced kicking, and controlled sparring, with traditional taekwondo at the core. Beginners are welcome — most of our adults hadn't kicked anything since gym class. Come for stress relief and fitness, stay for the black belt.

Ages 8+ · Extra practice on top of regular classes
Our tournament squad for students who want more than the belt. Sparring and forms competitors drill technique, strategy, and ring craft together, then travel to local, regional, and national tournaments as a team. Led by an 11x national team member. Coach-invited or by tryout — students should be training consistently in a regular class first.

Ages 5–12 · School dismissal – 6:00 PM
We collect your child from school, get them fed and through homework, then put them on the mat for class. You pick up a kid who has already burned energy, finished assignments, and trained.

Weekly full-day camps that mix martial arts training with games, team challenges, and field-trip days. Structured enough for parents, wild enough for kids. Weeks fill fast — get on the list early.
